I understand pretty well how animations work but I'm having a hard time trying to create something like this:



How do I "break" the heart? I've been looking for brushes or fonts that have 2 halves that actually fit with each other so I can put them together and then pull them apart but so far I got nothing. I also tried to make both halves from scratch by myself but that's not working either.
Any help please?

I think I might have pulled a muscle, but I'm not sure. I read about symptons of a sprained muscle, and they all fit. But I also feel (and slightly hear it) the muscle trying to move when I try to flex it. (It's on the top part of my foot) It's a very coarse feeling, like 2 pieces of sand paper being rubbed against each other. Is this normal for a pulled muscle? It's sort of freaking me out...

what exercises can i use to get rid of my love handles? i'm not very big.. only about 130.

and whats a good way to get rid of warts? (i went to my doctor and she cut off alot of the wart itself, then used a freeze treatment. but one grew back.) I really don't feel like spending 20-30$ on a wart treatment kit you can get at a store. But if that's the only way.. :/

(For the last three i guess for combonation skin because i have a bad habit at picking at my skin and it makes the areas dry and flake off, but it also can get very oily)

and speaking of oily skin, are there any cheaper oil sheets than the clean & clear ones?

Also, whats the best way to get your nose it's cleanest? I cursed myself with a high magnification mirror that is the head of my picking habit and i always find blackheads and hidden bumps that I just HAVE to get, and theyre usually super tiny, but still gross. I need to get rid of that mirror.
I want to get my nose pierced but worried about the oil and other nastys that would live around the piercing.

I'm open to home concoctions too, like that baking soda mask? as long as they work!
